I try to respond to all emails as soon as possible. I do not, however, reply to all the emails that are sending me tickets. There simply isn't the time to reply to them all. If you have a concern about whether or not the stub came through, feel free to state "Please let me know if you get this" or something similar in the email with the stub scans or photos and I will respond to let you know it arrived. :)
